I took an air compressor and blew back on the line and air was coming up through the tank. But if you put an old solenoid on it and it pours fuel out, then the pump must be working. Hi all, im working on a kohler k321s and the fuel pump needed replacing ( rubber diaphragm was torn ).

I have not checked fuel flow from the pump, but i assume that test will show some flow as the engine will run but it just wont stay running without choke on. This problem is caused when the fuel pump can’t deliver a smooth flow of fuel to the engine; Hello guys'i am new on this site.hope to get some help,also hope that i will post right.
